Cubism

I have always taken an interest in Art, I learnt about the different movements in Art class, but Cubism struck a cord with me. I loved how Cubism took objects broke them up, analysed and re-assembled them in an abstracted form, instead of drawing objects from one viewpoint the artist show the same subject from a multiple of viewpoints. The painting becomes four dimensional.

Below: My recreation of Man in the Cafe by Juan Gris, using oil pastels for my Art class (to be uploaded). I got me thinking how would Cubism look if it was updated with a touch of Photoshop. I went on a hunt on the www and found a few great examples by some really talented artists.
